Behind the scenes
The weekend just gone was the big lolita event "Enchanted", hosted by Street Fashion Europe. I'll write up another entry dedicated to the two day event and it's endeavours. In this post, I want to focus upon the great memories from the time away with my friends.I've never had the opportunity until now, to spend the weekend away with a large group of friends. Another first was staying in a hostel. 6 girls, 3 bunk beds, 1 en-suite and 1 room. We definitely got a bargain and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The luxury of going away and staying with friends, is the trust element. There are no reasons to be cautious or weary because of who else you're staying with. There are pros and cons to this, as with everything in life. But at the same time, six girls altogether in one room to get ready, was a bit of a mission. Especially when lolita fashion is involved (due to the poofy nature of the clothing)! We had two mirrors within the room to use for preparations (and a small mirror that one of the girls brought), which isn't ideal!
At the end of the day, it's the company you keep which alters your surroundings. And I'm fortunate to blessed with great friends, and we all left with some brilliant memories of our weekend away. Here is an insight into the random workings of our minds... (＾▽＾)~

| This started off being a reminder of the funny things Jadye said, but as the time progressed, we all ended up saying stupid things and we wrote down the funniest of the lost. Essentially a record of our inside jokes ^^ |
