Tea Party Club calendar photoshoot
It is turning into an annual thing. This is currently the second year running, that a lolita themed calendar has been organised in the UK. Last year I got involved with the Nottingham community shoot, and had hoped for the following year, to get involved with other groups too. Unfortunately, timing did not play out on my side. Dates clashed with other events happening in my life, like family commitments.
The same process applied; whereby cities were presented to the "board" and then randomly given a month to work with. We were given MARCH. Now, it's difficult to work with a short deadline and taking photos in a colder climate, because of the time of year. But thankfully, our photographer is amazing. We asked Tascha to come along again. She's brilliant, and if you don't know her yet, please do check her out on Facebook.

ReplyDeleteI would love to buy the calender of the UK lolitas! Do you happen to know if the calender would be availble for foreign lolitas as well? (I am from Germany.) But I don't have Facebook...
About the video: Are the other scenes in the video (the boy, the cosplayer, the girl with the water bucket, ...) in some way related to your shoot? My assumption is that they are all out takes from Tascha's shootings, right?

DeleteYes, Tascha is a photographer and she does work in various locations. I'm sure in the description box on YouTube, it explains that it's a compliation video of moments from the year, at different events. Those other events had nothing to do with us, the only comparison is the photographer/Tascha. Hope that helps~
